Shared Living Family At CSL Homes, we believe in the power of community, and our homes are designed to provide a safe, comfortable atmosphere where members live and work together as a family unit. We specialize in providing housing to those who need it most. All-Inclusive Rent Our all-inclusive rent, allows you to focus on your personal journey without the stress of managing multiple bills. Our model ensures that all your basic living expenses—utilities, Wi-Fi, and household essentials—are covered in one convenient payment. This approach lets you embrace the next chapter of your life with peace of mind, knowing that your day-to-day living needs are taken care of. Connected to Resources Each home is equipped with a comprehensive binder that provides essential information, including the house rules and a detailed guide to local resources. Inside, you'll find valuable information on nearby food pantries, healthcare facilities, social services, gyms, community events, shopping centers, restaurants, clothing stores, and transportation options. This ensures that you have everything you need to feel connected and supported within your community.

We are dedicated to connecting members with local resources, services, and opportunities, promoting self-reliance and personal growth. Through tailored support and encouragement, we help members to thrive in their daily lives, embracing their freedom and taking an active role in building a vibrant, inclusive community for all.

Member Requirements

3rd Party Payer
All members are required to have a 3rd party payer or rent deducted from their paychecks. Rent Deduction Member's who wish to manage their own finances will sign a written agreement which will be provided to their employer to deduct rent on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Family Member Payer Members can use a family member as their 3rd party payer. The family member will need to be willing to co-sign the lease agreement. If there are any concerns with payment, member will be required to obtain a professional 3rd party payer, which we can assist with. Payee Service We can connect you with Rep Payees for those receiving government income. We also have a private financial management agency we refer our members to if they are not eligible for Rep Payee service. Cost is around $60-$75 per hour, same as if not more cost effective than most Rep Payee Services. (1-2 hours a month is typical).
Share Living Space
Our members are eager to live in a supportive community and connect with others. Therefore, anyone interested in applying should be open to and comfortable with sharing living space with fellow residents. This collaborative living environment fosters meaningful relationships and enhances the overall experience for everyone involved. We look forward to welcoming individuals who share this vision of community and connection.
Substances
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES PROHIBITED We maintain a strict policy against illegal substances on all our properties. Residents found using illegal substances will receive a three-day eviction notice. SMOKING and ALCOHOL For your comfort, designated smoking areas are available. Additionally, alcohol consumption is permitted in certain properties, subject to specific guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation as we work to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
Pets
Consent to the rules regarding pets is mandatory. Each pet request will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We recognize the significant role our furry friends play in our lives and the comfort they bring. However, due to various factors, we may not be able to accommodate every request. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to maintain a harmonious environment for all residents.
House Rules
Consent to adhere to house rules is essential for all residents. Each home will have its own set of house rules, which are vital for maintaining a harmonious living environment. In shared living arrangements, the success of the community relies on everyone doing their part and contributing to a respectful and cooperative atmosphere. By following these guidelines, we can ensure a positive experience for all members of the household
Surveillance
Consent for surveillance is required for all residents. Cameras could potentially be installed in common areas of property exterior or interior to ensure the safety and security of all members. ALL MEMBERS WILL BE NOTIFIED IF THEY ARE BEING MATCHED WITH A SURVEILLED HOME and will be shown where ALL cameras are located. This measure is taken to foster a secure living environment and maintain the well-being of our community. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated as we work together to enhance safety for everyone.

INCLUDED IN MONTHLY RENT. Our all-inclusive rent offers a hassle-free living experience, covering everything you need for comfort and convenience. All basic utilities are taken care of including: - WiFi - Electric - Gas - Trash - Water This ensures you can focus on you, rather than your bills.
INCLUDED IN MONTHLY RENT. Roku offers a variety of ways to enjoy live TV, catering to different preferences and budgets: The Roku Channel: Live TV Guide Roku’s own free service, The Roku Channel, includes a built-in guide for live streaming. With over 350 free live channels, you can easily access news, sports, entertainment, and more. Popular channels like ABC News Live and WeatherNation are available for live viewing, providing a wide range of content at no cost. Subscription-based Services For those looking for even more options, Roku supports apps from top live TV streaming services: - Hulu + Live TV: Access to 75+ live channels, including local news and sports. - YouTube TV: Stream over 85 channels, including local networks. - Sling TV: A budget-friendly option with various packages for live streaming. - fuboTV: Great for sports enthusiasts, offering a variety of live sports channels and more. Local Channels Roku TV also supports apps like Antenna TV for watching local channels with an over-the-air antenna. You can catch up on your local news with apps such as NewsOn, providing access to local news stations. With both free and subscription-based options, Roku is a versatile platform for all your live TV streaming needs!
INCLUDED IN MONTHLY RENT. A cleaning service can greatly reduce the stress of maintaining a shared living space, while residents still take responsibility for their own areas and chores as they are able. We offer a monthly cleaning of common areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, living rooms, and laundry rooms. This service is a light cleaning to include wiping down surfaces, dusting, and vacuuming/sweeping/mopping floors. Residents eligible for long-term care services can also have hired support to help maintain their individual spaces if they require assistance.

Inside, you'll find valuable information on nearby food pantries, healthcare facilities, social services, gyms, community events, shopping centers, restaurants, clothing stores, and transportation options. This ensures that you have everything you need to feel connected and supported within your community.
Weekly Meal Plans can be provided based on diet restrictions and include a grocery list. Some of these items may be found at your local food pantry as well. There are 2 examples below. One is a healthy meal plan for 1 person and the other is a simple meal plan for a family of 4: Example 1: Here’s a super cheap and healthy weekly meal plan for one person, along with a grocery list and estimated costs.
